Re: So, do we have the numbers?
Florida was pretty much a blue state last presidential election. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns this year. I thought FL was a red state in 2016. Trump (R) got the electoral votes from FL. DeSantis (R) was voted governor. Rick Scott & Marco Rubio are both (R) Although sometimes it doesn't s...

Re: So, do we have the numbers?
Another thing to consider is how many people are registered but never vote. I, and most people my age, was nearly forced to register during high school. That is a huge number of mostly Dem registered voters. However, what percentage of those people actually vote prior to age 35 or 40? Of those that ...

Re: Lunch near Lake City
Sal’s Italian Deli. It’s on US90, about a mile west of I-75. Phenomenal subs, I’d recommend the Godfather. It’s in a strip mall, but there’s typically plenty of parking. I frequently go there with coworkers, all of us towing trailers. ETA: if you use gps, make sure you go to the location on US-90. ...

Shirley's Restaurant
746 E Duval St, Lake City, FL 32055
This place is good, but parking is ridiculously tight. During busy times, you may be lucky to get a spot with a compact car.

Re: Black tip 30-06 pricing
Ammo stored in a hot Florida attic? Yep, and I have no idea how long it was there  There were a handful of rounds that showed a bit of corrosion, which I disposed of. The rest are fine, and I did fire a few to make sure they function. What kind of corrosion??? I have tumbled more the...

Re: Black tip 30-06 pricing
$1/rd is about what I expected. I see many online asking $2/rd, but it doesn’t appear anybody is buying at that price. Just trying to decide if it’s worth letting it go for that price.

Re: Fishing Carry.
I have personally been harassed by police for open carrying while fishing. Fortunately, being north Florida, the officer left me alone after verifying that I had a CWL and telling me to “keep it concealedâ€. I was in a public area, though there were not many people around. It was obvious by the w...

Black tip 30-06 pricing
I have approximately 400-500 rounds of AP 30-06 ammunition that I found hidden in my grandfather’s attic after he passed nearly a decade ago. It’s been sitting in my closet since, and I’m thinking of selling it to fund another project. However, I can’t seem to find a reliable source for pric...
