XP is pretty unforgiving when it comes to moving it from one machine to another. The bigger difference in hardware between the two, the less chance that it will work. Take date/time-stamped pictures of the dogs on your property. After so many incidents (which can vary by city/county), you can file a report with the police, and the owner will get a ticket.
