Yeah, I think he DEFINITELY regrets doing that interview!
I feel bad for you poor SOB's who spent your good money on those Benchmade knives.
Send them all to me and I will destroy them, to the best of my ability.

I will keep the ones I have but for sure will never buy again I didn't know they donated so much to the Democratic party on top that I see them going under sooner or later.
Everybody's got a plan until they get hit.
I would invite everyone who wants to take their toys and go home to actually look who owns, or invests into or who those knife, gun, ammo, etc companies support politically because if you are looking for perfection for total gun support, it ain't there.
If your a business and your politicians are mainly democrats and your trying to get variances, tax credits, or any other favors from the local or state politicos for business expansion, continuation, or what have you, your donating to those democrats.
When all you knuckleheads drive all these companies out of business, just who are you all gonna buy from.
Stop living in the world of absolute. Its fantasy.

Budweiser, an American lager maker, is owned by China. How many Americans quit drinking their beer after the Chinese took over the company?

You’re right, I must be thinking of another beverage company the Chinese bought into...they already own a controlling interest in AMC theaters, Forbes, the Chicago Stock Exchange, Smithfield Foods, Legendary Entertainment, Waldorf-Astoria, GE, Riot Games, Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Motorola Mobility, & Ingram Micro.GunsandHoses wrote:One thing the Chinese DON’T own.....is Budweiser!dammitgriff wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2019 1:58 pm Budweiser, an American lager maker, is owned by China. You know what they say—the business of China is business.
Unfortunately, yes. Some could argue that's already the case. But that's another topic.
Benchmade has some window-lickers working for them. Whomever approved this obviously has no clue about the demographics of their consumers and how important this is to them.
While knife owners are far more diverse and include many more than just gun owners - gun owners are a big chunk of their buyers. Especially given the fact that most gun owners being that they have enough money to buy guns, can buy their relatively expensive knives too. Compared to other groups who while they love knives, don't have the same spending power.
Now, if they DID know their demographics and still thought this was a good thing to do...wow, then that is in your face. At that point, the only thing that you can use for an excuse is that they didn't estimate gun owners to be that passionate, that connected and have that good of a memory.
HS Precision still has the Lon thing hanging around their neck. Takes a long, long time to shake it.
There are still people who hate Ruger for what happened in 1993. Although, due to the time which has passed, and their product lineup changing so radically, it appears in a sense that they've seen the error in their ways.
