Can anyone ID the upper/lower on the upper "pistol"?

Looks like an AR set designed to accept an 870 stock...

They were running one at Ironman's NFA shoot in Tampa. They said they were in the office one day and someone said they wanted a pirate AR... An hour of tinkering and they had one functioning. They had a few other unique designs for things and they were great to talk to- unless someone was shooting the organ-rattling Surbu set up next to them.

$ 575 for just the lower? Last quality AR cost me $443. Ruger 9mm carbine is down to $469. Way too many other options. Joe
