Bloomberg is backing David Hogg for Broward sheriff.

Nope, he can run. Current sheriff is a Democrat but only converted from Republican a week prior to being appointed. Neither sheriff is/was popular with the troops, which leaves an opening for the third significant candidate, Pollock.

Yeah, but the rank and file don’t elect the Sheriff and “the people” don’t necessarily care who likes who! It will come down to name recognition/political affiliation! My money is on Tony!

Good deal thanks for the info, if he even leans toward conservative ideals he probably doesn't have much of a chance but it is worth a shot.
