Yeah, but the libitards and snowflakes want to scream about how mentally disturbed folks are more likely to be victims than perpetrators and how it would be a grave injustice to exempt mental health records from HPPA protection for the purpose of background checks. Typically in my experience, the louder they protest, the greater mental illness is a factor in their own life or that of a family member.
