Publix bans open carry
Publix bans open carry
Among the states where Publix operates, AL and NC allow open carry. But Publix has now banned it in their stores in those states.

Who the heck still shops at Publix? They add $1 ~ $2 to every item in order to pay for the outrageous employee benefits. I wouldn't shop there if it were free...

Do you have a problem with companies that pay a living wage and offer benefits? I prefer shopping at Publix over any other supermarket.Tenzing_Norgay wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 6:10 pm Who the heck still shops at Publix? LOL! There's a price to pay for quality firearms, no?Tenzing_Norgay wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 6:10 pm Who the heck still shops at Publix? They add $1 ~ $2 to every item in order to pay for the outrageous employee benefits.
Well, same goes quality foods, the cleanliness of the establishment and top notch customer service.
Did you know Publix's full time employees get shares of stock as a company benifit?
So, the employees, many of which are "owners of the company", go out of their way to keep their customers happy.
Publix also employs those with disabilities and they bag your stuff.
Publix is also a FL based company as well as an institution.
I shop Cosco, BJs, Walmart etc. for many items...like beer.
But for raw foods and veggies...it's Publix for me.
Where shopping is a pleasure.
PS: I would never open carry...why be the bad guy's first target?

I have a big problem with them! Google them and find out just how they treat employees that get hurt! Not the usual sick bay commandos but the hard working person that gets hurt then screwed!gforester wrote: ↑Wed Sep 11, 2019 6:39 pmDo you have a problem with companies that pay a living wage and offer benefits? Yeah, I have details to anyone that wants them! As for open carry, meh, that argument is long and wore out. Do what you want but realize there is always more to a company other than there public facel
Just another one that joins the list of places I no longer spend money!
Can't shop at Walmart, can't shop at Publix now. Where am I gonna shop, trashy Winn Dixie? Does Whole Foods ban all guns?
You'll have to go to Aldi's
