Aside from the Safe and sane laws... they article fails to mention celebratory reason. Declare you are celebrating whatever reason birthday.... solstice.. your religion celebrated sun going down whatever. We have always acted withing a loophole. So nothing really changed just put on paper that these are defined celebrations.
