last time I had contact with him was almost 2 years ago on a PM on arfcom
why don't we try to self govern for a while and see how that works out , we can rid just about anyone but the bots and scammers, Im sure that has to be done on an admin level ....
I'll be glad to re write it if we can come up with what the basic rules were.

Must have location.
Must have price.
No stomping on ads.
Mark items when sold but dont delete.
If you change/lower the price or edit what's offered in the ad, you can't delete the original price or offering.
No bumping of ad more frequently than once every ????.

I was just thinking out loud that the members can govern themselves, however unless you make active members mods or admin they wouldn't have the ability to clean up or remove, potential hazardous, dangerous, illegal posts, and someone with IT knowledge would have to get rid of the bots and scammers...I am in no way volunteering for the job just sayin, we can probably work most of the problems out ourselves, lord knows I can run a Mo Fo, off a forum....lol

No bumping of ad more frequently than once every 24 hrs.
I think that is way too often. It isn't like we get 50 BST posts in a day. How about only once every 4 or 5 days? Ads are generally on the first page of BST for at least a week before they get buried.
