In every instance of prosecutorial misconduct, the state Bar Association should be flooded with complaints against the attorney. I think every taxpayer within the jurisdiction of the prosecutor's office is a potential complainant. Remember, Arkansas took away Bill Clinton's law license over the Lewinsky matter, and he wasn't even practicing at the time. Missouri should do the same to this hack. If a few of these overzealous idiots lose their licenses or at least face disciplinary charges, maybe others will think twice before pulling sh*t like this.
I'm sure they can find a retired ATF lab tech who will do a job on the side.
