The Supreme Court can only evade basic Second Amendment issues for so long. As the Circuits fracture on more and more such 2A issues, the irresponsibility of the Supreme Court becomes undeniable and inexcusable.

Couldn’t agree more. Dodging Constitutional cases is irresponsible and dare I say, un-Constitutional?
