(Moron #2 is the nim-nod who uploaded the vid from his dash-cam. He blabs on excessively in the comments.)

Just goes to show how times have changed. When I was young, back in the Stone Age, two bald headed morons stuck their heads together and made a perfect ass of themselves. Now, there's gunfire.

Was this guy arrested? He broke a couple laws. And the self defense claim, I don't really think works in this situation.

The shooter? No. He's spouting on incessantly about how OPD cleared him. He states they issued a warrant for the gun-waver in the Z-car.

Hopefully the SA will see this and charge them both.
