Fine, but as the most desirable destination we should cherry-pick the possible newcomers.

Which would be contrary to everything this natiob has been based on.

What is "this nation"? The United States of 1790, or 1840, or 1910, doesn't exist any longer. Among other things, in those times, it was not a welfare state--there wasn't even an income tax to support such things. It was sink or swim, and a few basic charities. Now if deadbeats come here, the rest of us pay for everything. So we have every right to cherry pick under those circumstances.

As Churchill famously said to a woman who accused him of changing his mind on a subject, "When the facts change, I change my mind--what do you do?"

Our system of government allows for change... but you dont makes copies of a copy... when something doesnt work, you revert back to the original form and modify from there. You dont base new judgements off a bad copy. You base new judgements of the established existing foundation

Seriously, you are peddling that gibberish as a policy? Good luck, we are barely preventing commies from swamping this country. Let's import a ton of socialist voters and see what happens.

Christ.

Those people, and in Doral, have been here years--they fled commie Chavez. They are good people--middle class and up, many professionals, anti-communist. I'll take 'em.

To make an analogy, consider the Cubans. The original group from the early 60s were very conservative, a lot of professionals, etc. They raised a lot of very successful kids, too.
