Levi Straus and Co. has been going downhill since the 1980's. First from competition, then from its increasing leftward lurch into extreme political correctness then progressivism. About what you'd expect for a company with an HQ in San Francisco that closed its last US manufacturing plant in 2003.

They also make the Dockers brand clothing, shoes accessories so please boycott them too. I gave up on them years ago when I found gross defects in their Chinese made shoes and stupid size variations in their clothing.

The only thing still worth buying from is their 501's that shrink after you wash them. The fabric is the thickest on the market still used and I have never worn a pair out. But they're like $60, so...
I see them in thrift sores

I always see regular 501's, but not the premium ones.

Hard to go wrong with Carhartt too.
