Need help pricing an unfired Ruger No.1 .357 CHP

I've been poking around on the web but all information I'm finding is old.
I would much appreciate if any of you folks on here that happen to have access to a current gun value book would help me price out an unfired/LNIB Ruger No.1 .357 CHP.
Original cardboard box, canvas rifle case with CHP logo and owners manual, no scope rings.

Don't know if that is the real value I wasn't able to find any current "sold ones" but it seems like the unmarked ones bring more because there aren't many out there. they were part of the over run that were sold without the logo and rare.

Thanks man, I actually saw that one on GB as well and was wondering if that was realistic pricing or just wishing on the sellers part.
Pretty steep pricing in my opinion, and he/she has zero bids yet.
We have several FFL members on here, I was hoping one might have a current gun value book to give me a ball park figure as a starting point.
