Sorry, but getting this piece of pastel fluff instead of HB 1205 (which actually had some balls and teeth in it) from our Republican dominated legislature and Governor is like getting a sandpaper hand job from the easiest girl in school on prom night - not what I was expecting, and certainly not as satisfying. It shows that they think of us as a bunch of Fudds who will be slapping each other on the back as we hoist our Busch Light tall boys in salute of their harsh words and finger wagging toward Washington. "Now, there you go - be a good fellow and shut up and run along - oh, and remember to vote for me."
When you compare the language of this "Joint Resolution" (obviously a term they borrowed from the UN) in the above link to HB 1205* you can see just how little they REALLY care about YOU and your fundamental rights.
We're in bear country, gentlemen, and instead of giving you a 454 Casull loaded with Buffalo Bore, they've tossed you a pocket size peppermint breath spray and a whistle. And they expect you to thank them for it.
We REALLY need to focus on recruiting some REAL men and women to start gearing up for primary season. I'm over this crap. Way over.

Odessaman, great points,
You are exactly correct in your synopsis and agree 1000%.
Instead of being way over we need to become more proactive and start pushing this other stuff through like you suggested.
Our GOA rep is working hard and in my opinion he is going in the correct direction with the correct mindset.
We just need of us "FUDDS" to start jumping on the train.
