There was one like that in Broward probably 15 or so yrs ago.
Three guys in a Jag northbound on I-95. For some reason they took the SR84 off ramp, reportedly at VERY high speed. When they got to the top of the ramp @ 84 they clipped the cement K rail, launching them over all the lanes and slightly left, then they flew all the way back down to 95, to become a pancake.
