Nothing new in this. The CDC has always been quick to hop on the political fashion bandwagon. That ensures that they keep getting more federal funding than their job requires. You should have been reading their crap statements about how wearing motorcycle helmets would save lives, back before there was even a standard for motorcycle helmets. According to them, even a halloween costume helmet could prevent thousands of motorcycle fatalities, back in the 1960's.

When they say something about infectious micro organisms, pay attention. Anything else they might say is politically motivated and isn't worth the time it takes to read it.

As a gun owner, I'm tired of the fear stories and news come and try and see how that works out nut up or shut up and gun forms seem to want to spread fear as well with these posted constantly so over it.
