Well, yesterday, we had verdict in good 'ol racist Florida. Basic facts: black guy (convicted felon) had a gun and was subjected to a no-knock SWAT raid. He shot at them, claiming he was unaware they were LE. His girlfriend was killed in the shootout.
He was charged with felony murder of the GF, attempted murder of the LE, and illegal possession of a gun by felon (pretty much unbeatable). You guess the results:
