I sent a couple of mine to TBAC.
Thunderbeast Arms, getting ready to send another one.

1 week turn around

They make suppressors, they know what they are doing.

GUNSMITHING SERVICES

BARREL THREADING - $120

We'll thread your barrel to Class 3A thread specifications. Please refer to our thread spec print for details and barrel outside diameter limitations. The smallest recommended for calibers 6mm or larger is 9/16-24.
Please use the TBAC RMA form to initiate sending your barrel, barreled action, or rifle in.

From their website also, this is what they charged me.

Morgan Ritchie at Class 3 Machining is "the Best " guy in the country threading barrels right now, he's in Tx , you gotta send him your stuff pre-paid, its kinda like the soup nazi thing, contact him on Fb, IG, website or other social media, they are so busy they don't have time for your BS, you discuss what you want done, pay him, send your stuff and it comes back 100%....they do 150-200 barrels a week, this is all they do he has like 20 lathes running all day.

They're able to do it with the receiver attached? I've got a Rem 700 and a Tikka T3 I'd like done.
