We have past the point that every alphabet agency needs to be completely disbanded and put under a microscope to deem necessarity. They are duplicitous and behave in blatant disregard to the Constitution. By hiding between civil law, and skewing legislation they have all became drunk with power.
The ones that remain need to have a clear purpose, with absolute motive and ridge perimeters to complete their tasks. Foremost being zero making up enforceable rules out of thin air, any suggestions must pass legislation to be instituted.
