I think you're right, there. I looked at Montana, myself, a while back. Don't like the weather, not enough compensating factors. But, along the way I picked up on a lot of political issues. A Montanan summed it up, "Lots of strange politics." And, yes that included many in government who were more against than pro firearm. Of course, those same talked a different tune during elections. Afterward, they were also the ones calling the "new" tune.
