NY goes full retard spite the SCOTUS' Bruen decision. Part of which is classifying all of NYS except for public roads and sidewalks as "Sensitive Areas" where carrying a concealed weapon is now a felony. Major restrictions will apply for CCW applicants as well.

Not unexpected, coming from NY. I guess the greater question is, how much more litigation will happen as a result of those new restrictions and how successfull with the pro2a side be in obtaining injunctions against it while it makes it way through the judiciary system up to SCOTUS? And, how long will all that take?

The reason these POS politicians get away with this is Qualified Immunity. Not only does it shield Leo's from personal liability from violations of Constitutional rights. It shields these worms from liability for violations as well. The twist is QI was invented by the same Supreme Court that they are thumbing their noses at.
This was predicted when the sanctuary city's, then states were sprouting up a decade ago. When the sovereignty of our nation can be ignored, anything they want can be ignored. We were just came out out of the haze of states behaving like independent nations when it came to the coof. Now this and the skys the limit it seems.
It appears the best we can hope for now is a peaceful divorce. The worst is a horror none of us want to see.

As someone once said, I forget who, the Supremes have little power to enforce their rulings. They cannot call out troops to enforce their ruling. They could not even fire the person that leaked their recent big decision.

These recent rulings are just doing a favor for the Kommies - motivating their people to riot, and get out the crooked vote and divert their attention from what they are really doing.

I have no problem with NYS doing this. Same for abortion laws. (full disclosure: I am VERY pro 2nd Amendment, and VERY pro-life). This is all part of moving these decisions back to the elected officials at the state level and away from the federal level. The people of NYS voted for these people, and now they get to live with these decisions. If they don't like it, and can't vote these people out of office because of NYC and heavily populated liberal cities, then they need to either accept it - or move out of state.

This is why I love living in Florida: great governor, great sheriffs (mostly). Here, gun control means a steady aim.
