I personally don't give a shit how anyone "identifies." I also don't care to lock up mentally ill people unless and until they prove a danger to society. There are lots of fairly obviously crazy people who get along well enough. But I never mistake them for people I would want in power over me. And the people pictured in this tweet are obviously batshit.
