There's now chatter that one of the dissenting jurors was threatened.

There was only *one* dissenting juror anyway... And my understanding was that they had an audience with the judge post hearing.

And how did the "threateners" obtain that juror's identity? I think that's one flaw in the jury system in FL. When I used to live in the PRNJ, jurors were never referred to by name, only by their number. So they'd poll the jury by asking "Juror # X, is this your verdict?" etc. etc. That number being the seat number in which the juror sat (the foreperson was #1). I don't care for the juror's names being released in court. Too easy to doxx them.

Life in prison ain't no cake walk for a young kid. I'd rather see him in prison reliving what he did every day. That is more torture than shoving a needle in his arm and relieving him of his guilt and anguish and looking over his shoulder every hour of everyday.

It should be Hard labor like the old chain gangs!

As far as him reliving it, he would probably get a stiffy....

The needle in these cases should be replaced with the gallows!

There were 17 jurors. 12 + 5 Alternate. Of the 17, 3 voted for life.

Either they put him in general pop and he gets to be Tyrone's bitch, using Skittles for lipstick...or the put him in solitary where he ends up painting Hello Kitty figures on the wall with his feces.
