HB-543 (Permitless Concealed-Only Carry) passes the FL House, more will be added to the OP as time goes on.
Rep. Beltran spoke about Open Carry and was told to shut up by Legislative Leadership. Pulling the video right now.

HOUSE - CS passed as amended; YEAS 76, NAYS 32
House Speaker Renner stated he's supportive of Open Carry but used the excuse of there being 160 members of the legislature and not everyone is onboard with advancing gun rights. He even stated that Blue States have Open Carry and then went on to say that Permitless Concealed-Only Carry is still Constitutional Carry.
