So sorry for your loss Charlie. I know how difficult it can be. I lost my Dad two years ago and it was a lot of hassle on top of the hurt of losing a loved one. Yes, you will need multiple copies of the death certificate to get things done. You can never have too many.

If you're still having issues and are willing to drive to Orlando, I have a program that will crack the password. I can't give out the software as it is licensed. I've used it for Windows 10 and below. Havent tried it on Windows 11.
