Valentine's Day was the 6-month mark. The mrs and I spent it with Charlie's Widow. Just an update, his son's kept most of his collection. Fine young men, one currently serving, SNCO.
I do miss my friend, but as my better half has told me friends are the family we choose. And I could not have made a better choice. Charlie was my brother.

It was three years ago yesterday. Charlie really did love the back-and-forth with some of the older members on this board. 
So sorry to hear. Let us know if there's anything we can do for his family.
