Hernia operation MOnday
Anyone had a Hernia repaired/ If so what can expect in terms of healing. Mine will be open with mesh.
From one infirmed old fart to another, I wish you and your surgeon the best of luck.
I had 2 done in 2016.
Piece of cake.
I only took Tylenol for pain.
I saved the Oxi they prescribed in the fridge which I needed for a kidney stone that got stuck in 2017.
Now that is real pain
The only thing that pissed me off was the surgeon would not do both at the same time.
He said I would be in too much pain for me.
IMO he wanted to be paid more for doing 2 separate procedures as the pain was not bad at all.

Anesthesia and pain meds can really screw with that. Good luck, Ger!
