We applied rule 303.
We caught them and we shot them under rule 303!

My first two numbers says "26", so I have you all beat.
LOL

Maybe those first two numbers don't represent when I first received the Florida CWP? That was April 2018

On old licenses they do represent the year (I have a 95). But my wife's, from maybe 15 years ago, no. They stopped some time this century (which is now the one quarter over, BTW).
