I truly hope DeSantis can make this work. But I have my doubts. Can he get past the FL GOP Leadership? I don't know.

I'm beginning to think that the only way to resolve this is via litigation, not legislation. These things will have to be declared "unconstitutional."

But we shall see. He has 1.5 years remaining on his term.
