PJ’s Ammo not selling guns now?

Post by N4KVE »

Went to the WPB Gun Show last weekend. Those who attend know PJ’s ammo has 2 whole aisles of guns. Well now they have 3 tables of just ammo. Been this way a few months now. Does anyone know what they did to run afoul of the ATF? GARY

Sorry I just saw this and I was talking to him yesterday at Melbourne about other stuff and would have asked but alas.

My next show is not until May 31 so I am sure someone can ask him before that or I will then

I only do one show, Melbourne and with one table (hobby)

Well that will be a shame if true as PJ's was an affordable place to do transfers.

He will be back to selling guns soon. My understanding is he’s been going through his annual compliance audit and it’s been taking awhile because he’s got a huge inventory and a ton of 4473s…i believe he’s also in the process of trying to move to another location as well.

Several FFL’s I’ve discussed this with tell me they’ve always been able to sell inventory during their audits, & were never shut down. GARY

Spoke to more FFL’s today. They’ve been shut down for at least 2 months as far as selling firearms due to so many discrepancies. Hope it’s just paperwork errors. Ira used to sell this guy guns at the smaller Miami show. Then one show he was no longer there. GARY.
