It didn't have to become 5 on 1. Taze and/or OC reduces by at least 1. The other 3 may have thought twice about joining in.

Let's be real. The cop was on scene before it got crazy. When the aggressors saw she wasn't going to do shit, it emboldened them to pile on.

That's definitely a possibility.

Like I say, let's see what Internal Affairs has to say. I'll respect their outcome.

Miami's left leadership is the cause of this. Sure there will be more to come.

The governments with their DEI policies and public trough feedings, does anyone expect anything different?

It's going to get a whole lot worse given the atmosphere we have now.

The Elephant in the room is America is broke and nobody wants to face that fact. We have so much unfunded liabilities both in the public and private sectors. Massive job cuts across the public sector with the private sector following. Long time business either declaring bankruptcy, or closing down all together, food recalls right and left, and the political violence I grew up with in the 60's.

It's a giant Bernie Madoff Ponzi scheme and it's about to bust. Que the next war..........

I tend to agree, but when--who knows? I will say this: the only thing suppressing widespread political violence in this country is that things are relatively good (enough) economically for most people. But should that change (and I'm not talking about 8% inflation, I mean serious economic pain), all bets are off. In the 1930s, despite the Depression, America was relatively peaceful by world standards. That nation is dead dead dead.

MIAMI (WSVN) - An officer was suspended after a video showed her sitting in her cruiser while bicyclists beat up a man right in front of her.

Surveillance video showed several bicyclists pummeling a man, breaking his car window, jumping and stomping on his car, and using a bike to punctuate the vicious beatdown in broad daylight.

It all happened as a Miami Police officer sat in her car.

According to the video, a man pulled up to the intersection of Biscayne and 14th streets between the Arsche Center and James L. Knight Concert Hall.

Bicyclists began arguing with a driver who approached the officer and then walked back to his vehicle.

The bicyclists then began kicking, punching, stomping, window breaking and bike hurling while the officer stayed in her cruiser the whole time.

Other officers rushed in, tackling one bicyclist before they all appeared to peddle off.

The officer who sat in her car during the attack was suspended.

Kicking/stomping the dude's head is deadly force. Put two rounds into him and the rest would disperse in a hurry.

There's a reason I always liked you.

She froze. It happened and nearly cost a life
