its getting really old
I believe this was done now in the hopes that the Democrat wins the governorship. I've read there will be empty seats on Florida's highest court, so if the he wins he can appoint a bunch of anti-gun judges. I doubt our spineless legislature, even if nominally Republican-controlled, will stop him, since they can't seem to pass any pro-gun legislation for the last several years.
