So much winning
Very advanced 4-D chess at play here , just wait until next administration bans any and alll accessories except for a stripped lower without voting or any legislation enacted.
Don’t forget to send more donations to NRA, Wayne needs a new house

NRA backed nationwide bumpstock ban in effect soon (Memo signed and approved)
No matter what the initial intent, most charities eventually just end up essentially becoming business ventures.

Doesn't really matter. Been illegal in Florida since October. I'm surprised they allowed it in the first place. GARY
It matters because it set a precedent that any future president can rewrite firearm laws without any voTe. Don’t be shocked when they rewrite the definition to include all semi auto firearms with detachable magazines, and you got 90 days to turn them in...

Numerous firearms and accessories have been reclassified by the ATF, after their initial approval, as NFA weapons, since the passage of the NFA.
Only difference was it was before the proliferation of the internet, so the relatively small numbers of people affected didn't have a high visibility platform to proclaim their displeasure.
This "slippery slope" which everyone seems to have just discovered, has existed for 84 years......long before Trump, and bumpstocks, and Akins Acellerators, and Street Sweepers, and USAS-12's, and Spitfire Carbines, and etc...etc...etc...
Nothing has changed....the ATF/DOJ suddenly doesn't have some new authority that they didn't possess 20 years ago.....
That being said, I think it was a bad decision.....

Between this and his "Take the guns first then go to court" red flag law stance Trump has turned into a liberal shill. Reagan 2.0. This and the rest of his unconstitutional nonsense should cost him that 2nd term.
Spending most of his life in NYC among the liberal elite Trump is just another moderate in the liberal pesthole.
Why would anyone expect anything else?

A new clarifying statement on the interpretation of the measurement process of a barrel to include only the rifled portion... and there you go, basically all common rifles are now SBRs. Turn them in or pay $200 each, no amnesty.
A new clarification to the interpretation of what a "silencer, moderator, or muffler" is, to include any item which changes the characteristic of the sound in addition to reducing the sound level or intending to reduce the sound level... and there you go, all flash hiders and brakes are now silencers.
This is precisely what is being done with bumpstocks... redefining what words mean in the context of regulation of statutes as interpreted by an agency. If I can think of those in a minute of head-scratching, so can the BATFE.
This guy nailed it and shows the importance of the issue.

I agree. My experience is that unions also do the same.
But if you are paying a lobbyist to do a job, it isn't the same thing as donating to a charity. Membership is not donation, and lobbyists are not charity.
Common Sense... so rare it's like a super power
does this apply to the echo triggers or the crank fire stuff?
