That Colt Cobra looks like something made by Taurus.
It doesn't have the smooth curvy lines original Cobra and other Colt revolvers of past had.

The new D Frames are spiritual rebirths of the SF-VI and Carry Magnum. I'm a big fan of them since I have an original SF-VI and it was everything right from the DS with modern updates.

+1 on that. Loaded the Magnum Carry with 38+p and it was a great match up. They were my favorite pocket carry for a long time. Until their value got so high that I realized if I ever needed to use them I probably would never see them again once the po-po confiscated them for evidence.

Because they slap a snake name on it does NOT make it the snakes of yore.
Pythons were hand finished in Royal Blue ands every trigger was tuned.
Think that's going to happen again?

There won’t be ANY hand finishing or tuned triggers, so no matter what Colt calls them, they won’t be “Pythons†in my book!
