The first amendment (as well as the rest), was designed to protect us from the government. Based on your request for regulations, it sounds like you wish to roll back their rights of free speech, not bolster it.

Protecting the Constitution involves protecting the rights of others, even when you don't agree. After all, you wouldn't need to protect speech you agreed with.

Kind of a head scratcher how some of you think the 1st works and that it applies to private entities. Do the adult thing and don't use Facebook.
