They are just taking small bites till them are done. Do you actually expect the RINO Senate to stop this? Except for a few, just Libiturds with an R behind their name.

Come'on Man!

Sorry to be so cynical, but it is a done deal. Then there will be other small bites. Too early for the Brown Shirts to go knocking door to door for their "collection". Give'em time...

Just look at all the RINOs that want to give out Amnesty.

The $hit never stops from these liars.

Every time I see a Cuban exiled or Cuban American voting for gun control I feel the urge to send them back to Cuba

The question I would have, for those more knowledgeable in the law than I, would such a law on the federal level be applicable solely within the state of Florida in a private sale? It's not interstate commerce, so how could the Feds get into it? I suppose one could argue that one would have to ensure the buyer is a resident of the state, but other than that...?

A dealer would be stuck doing it because of his/her/its federal license, but that's no different from today.

I have a Cuban friend in Miami, who happens to be a "marielito" (escaped to USA during the 1980 Mariel boat lift), a true political refugee. He VOTED for Biden "because I'm worried about losing obamacare" I tried to explain to him and his wife the sad irony of a Marielito voting in support of socialists.

Your point is correct. It is also correct that the GOP did zero point zero on healthcare when they were in control. They had Trump, the House and and the Senate for two years and did squat--shit, they couldn't even vote to repeal Obamacare (like they did a billion times when Obama was in office and it didn't matter).

So while we don't deserve voters like your friend, the GOP surely does.
