So if that constitutes "fear mongering" or whatever, I can't help you.
If I told you just ten years ago how things would be now, you'd have said I was crazy. So be my guest--bury your head in the sand. In the long run we are all dead anyway. Whether its old age or a gulag, what's the difference--right?

It all OK man. Right now is not the time for quarrels among FSNers. We've got all the real enemies we can handle in Washington. We've also got an NRA, which was dubious on its best day, that has now virtually collapsed from corruption, at the worst possible time. We are in trouble, my brothers.
Let's all agree: the CDC is up to no good when it comes to guns. We can hope they are as inept with that as they have been with Covid, but they are just a piece of the puzzle. Their job is to a lay a foundation that guns are "public health issue," like cigarettes or opioids. Then Congress has a fig leaf "to act" to address this supposed urgent public issue. Harris, as a candidate, promised all kinds of EOs on guns if Congress failed to act (https://web.archive.org/web/20191213133 ... -violence/).
You can say, oh, the Supreme Court will stop her. Yeah, well, not if the libs pack like the Court they are trying to do--look how the 3 liberals already on the court voted to allow the CDC to impose obviously unconstitutional foreclosure moratoriums. They and their packing-added comrades will do the same with the "public health crisis" of guns. You don't have to be a crazy "conspiracy theorist" to see their game plan.
Good luck to us all.

Good article. I wish these columnists would take it a step further in clearly implicating the government as the root cause for much of the modern American malice between citizens.
