Here in Bradenton sometime between 2001 and the "great ammo panic" I absolutely remember Wally world was selling WWB 100 round Value Packs .45acp 230 Gr FMJ for $25. (you didn't ask about .45 acp but I'm adding that just in case) and Blazer Brass 9mm 115 Gr. $8.59 for 50 rnd. boxes.
I can't speak for the other calibers you are asking about.
I went to Bass PRo today and got three boxes of 230g .45ACP for $15.99 each. I think it was white/green box Remington. I went to the range a couple weeks ago and was going to shoot my CMP 1911 but only had Wolf steel case. Facepalm.
