Baldwin is a liberal POS! He needs to be charged with the death (murder?) AND injury caused! At a minimum, negligent homicide! JUST as he would like to be done to any other that WASN’T one of his hollyweird POS buddies!

He tweeted out in 2017 that he wondered what it would be like to unintentionally shoot someone. Guess he knows now.photohause wrote: ↑Sat Oct 23, 2021 11:20 am "Despite the fact that Baldwin is an extremely unsympathetic figure, it's important to wait until all the facts come out."

I get where your coming from, but as reported the assistant director who handed Baldwin the gun said it was cold. While Baldwin may be dragged into a civil suit as a producer of the movie, the insurance company will pay.
If repeated gun issues reported on set were ignored or dismissed by Baldwin as a producer, then maybe crimminal charges could be charged.
Here's my thinking. Being set in the 1880 what if the gun that was "misfiring " was a muzzle loader. The gun gaffes walk off, a Hogan idiot loads the problem child front stuffer but doesn't take the ramrod out of the barrel. Baldwin tries to shoot said gun and it goes click. He starts to pitch a fit waving the gun around. Gun then goes off from a hang fire and the ramrod spears the woman.

SA revolver like an 1873 Colt Peacemaker....
Amazing the news time this incident is getting vs the 15 or so shootings in Lightfoots Chicago every week that gets nothing.
Now it appears that the gun wasn't a prop gun.
https://trendingpolitics.com/it-wasnt-a ... -set-knab/The fallout of the Alec Baldwin shooting tragedy has led to further questions about how a “prop gun” could have fired a live round that killed the film’s cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Furthermore, another question that has gone under the radar is how the Baldwin shooting also led to the wounding of director Joel Souza.
It wasn’t a “prop gun.” It was an actual gun that was being used as a prop. TMZ reported on the development that sources close to the filming of “Rust” indicate that the gun used in the incident was also used off-set for “target practice.”
“The smoking gun that claimed the life of Halyna Hutchins might’ve been more than just an on-set prop — it was also being fired recreationally, even when cameras weren’t rolling,”
