Somehow I found this thread again and noticed that per the above link, sometime between June and August of this year, the value of this property went from around $1.3 Million to less than $450.000. Probably couldn't get it grandfathered for the commercial range use. Once the original owner ceases operations of a now non-compliant use the grandfathering goes away. That would reduce the price a bit.
