I might go to the Pasco County Fairgrounds this Sunday.

If I go, I'll let you know how it was.

Hey, at last you are getting a present.. :)

Went to the show this morning..

It was OK, There was alot of Older guns which I liked but I would say a third of the show and 1/2 the guns at the show belonged to the one dealer.

There was a good number of walk in guns and a small line waiting to get it when it opened.

One Interesting gun I saw was am m1 in a mk1 Commando stock. Do not see them very often. Had a commercial National Ordnance inside it. Which Kinda blew me away. Thought only military m1s fit in there.

Stopped in at the Bartow show Also. Smaller but alot more lively. Maybe a 1/4 of the tables had guns on them.

I went to Palm Beach yesterday. It wasn't terrible, lots of guns and even a few good prices. I was specifically looking for a used S&W Airweight and I found two used ones. One guy balked at my $400 offer and wanted $500, even when I told him that PJ Armory had them NE W for $449. When I walked away he said to his buddy "This new generation..!" Second guy had $425 into it and was looking to make money. Again, not worth it over just getting new.

I was looking for the leather vendor that makes bags/pouches but wasn't there. Overall I felt I got my $10 out of it.

I worked at Ira’s booth in WPB yesterday. The show was quite busy with buyers constantly filling out 4473’s until 2 PM, then it died. One more sale at 3 PM, & nothing else. Then the place emptied out. There was a show in Miramar too, but their vendors were in WPB. I’d say it was pretty good for WPB. GARY.

There weren't alot of catchy guns, really. I don't think I saw any Garands, just a couple of overpriced Carbines, a couple of 1903s, and your usual collection of beat up 1911s for $2500. As silly as it sounds, the only guns that made me stop just to look at them were the ones some guy gold/silver plates. Gorgeous work. A few nice AKs and well done ARs, again, nothing particularly special and absolutely no deals.

I hit it a little earlier this morning .....

The only thing that wasn't $1,000.00 were the doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches......

Seriously..... pump shotguns? $1,000.00

'03 Springfields ? Cheapest was 950.00

Table full of FAL parts-kit builds starting at 2,500.00

Uberti 1851 Navy BP revolver? Hows about 650.00 ????

There were exactly (2) decent buys at the entire show..... a 1919 Savage NRA match .22, with Unertl scope blocks (but sporting a modern scope) for 300.00, and a private seller with a non-import marked Pre-B CZ75 (with 4 mags) for 575.00.

The chick selling the knife sharpeners was nice....like a better looking version of Danni from "American Pickers"
