Of coarse I had a county shirt on and did it in a polite way helping them out. Because S.O. was there the day before writing tickets and I did not want to see them get a ticket. They thanked me.

You must live is a really piss poor neighborhood to if as you say you see what happened above all the time. Someone knocks me down like that. Someones going to the hospital or morgue. That's why I always walk away from confrontations. It's not worth it.

STAND YOUR GROUND LAW either applies as written to everyone or just get rid of it. Because if people are going to cherry pick who it applies to just because they do not like how the person defended themselves then it's a useless law.

To answer part 1 I breathed on people with morning breath and they've hit the ground harder than that, 20 years ago I used to throw people out of a nightclub on a nightly basis and they would land harder than that.... last weekend I tossed my 30 year old son into the pool and he landed harder than that.... later that afternoon I was trimming a branch from a tree and stepped from the second step of a ladder fell on my fat ass and landed harder than that..... weak bone decrepit mofos need to sit at home and easy chair and watch TV all day not be out on the street playing Mall Cop.

The answer to Part 2 about beating people up for what they say.... the answer is yes it's called life, it stems all the way back to the 5th grade, don't run your mouth if you're not big or bad enough to back it up.

I don't hold any grudges to those of you whose opinions differ on this matter, I think we just grew up at different times in different places, I'm not trying to say I'm from the streets or anyting, I just didn't grow up in Fantasyland.

There's probably a waiting list of lawyers willing to take his case pro-bono in order to make a name for themselves, so it will likely take years and make its way to at least the Florida Supreme Court on appeal. If he takes a plea, he's going to be ruined in civil court. He's fucked no matter what, years of his life gone even if he's found not guilty.
