Worked the last two days on the new Florida Governor's Inauguration. Some pics.

Post by Miami_JBT »

Today we swore in our new Governor. I was assigned to provide security for him at a number of events.

This was at the Salute to Heroes event. A tribute to Law Enforcement and Military.

It has been a busy two days. Up long before the sunrise and worked long after the sun setted. But everything went off without a hitch. Smooth transition of power.

Glad to hear everything went well. I can't imagine how things would have been if Desantis didn't get in and I am so glad he did.

That honestly would have sucked ass. It has been a tiring week. But but it was good for the most part. If Gillum had won.... :?

CFO Patronis is honestly the best. He cares about his job and FL. His speeches are about the community. Not himself.

Gov. DeSantis is good but he needs to polish his public speaking ability. He seems rough when he speaks in public. He cares about doing the right thing but he needs to drop the "this is a military operation". He is a bit rough and harsh. But ither than that. He's good to go so far.

AG. Moody is cold. She is a political clone of Pam Bondi and doesn't much care for the people. But she's better than a Democrat. To her, the office of AG is a political stepping stone since she's from a Judicial Family with a background in climbing offices.

Comm. Fried is over her head and will fuck us over. She will use her office as a bully pulpit to push gun control and challenge everything DeSantis does.
