Pretty scary. Be advised all of these people had to come out of their own pocket to pay for an attorney to have their right re-instated and/or have their property returned to them, this is a "civil matter" and they do not have access to court appointed attorneys. Be advised this "law" is cut from the same unconstitutional cloth as Civil Asset Forfeiture. True tyranny.

Pinellas county is one of the most anti gun counties in the state. That sheriff over there thinks that no private citizen should own guns. They tried to ban so called assault weapons several years ago. Until they realized they could not under Florida law.
Polk County...Grady Judd and his political ambitions nuff said.

The biggest question is how many got their guns back, how much it cost them to get them returned, how long did it take to get their property returned and in what condition was it in returned. Then the 64,000$ question, what if any consequences were levied against the accuser when the accused proved themselves not a danger.

Pineless county has had anti-gun sheriff way back to Everett Rice. Sheriff Bob has the same Ideas on open carry as Coats. Draw on them and take them down.lakelandman wrote: ↑Mon Feb 11, 2019 7:40 pm1+ Polk County needs a new younger Sheriff.Firemedic2000 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 11, 2019 7:00 pmPinellas county is one of the most anti gun counties in the state. Now there's a house bill H474 or H472 where they're trying to reduce the years your CWL is valid.
Call me paranoid, but they're coming for our guns!
