I remember the morning he was executed - the radio station was asking everyone to hold off on using any electricity starting at 7am so that there was "extra" available to REALLY fry him

I thought it was mediocre.
The title actually cracks me up some. At the end the judge practically swoons over him!
The Ted Bundy files was a lot more interesting to watch.
