So no due process, errors in the reporting, and presuming guilt and making the accused prove his innocence, all to protect the public, is cool when it's about the constitutionally-protected right to keep and bear arms, but not when it's to prevent suspected terrorists from exercising the NOT-constitutionally-protected NON-right to fly on a plane?
Absurd. All the way around.
When is someone going to fight these crazy red flag laws with a real lawsuit and a real judge that will put an end to them, before it's too late???

Amazing that CAIR, who are unindited co-conspirators in the terror-finance trial against the Holy Land Foundation brought this lawsuit and won.
The Hamas front group and their agents in congress, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar are celebrating this decision. Meanwhile, US citizens are losing their constitutionally protected rights without due process and are being called "domestic terrorist" by Socialist/Marxist politicians in the USA.

Actually, it is the FBI/CIA that are branding citizens domestic terrorists, according to their own reports.

I knew in 2001 the United States was set upon a path to self-destruction. The ludicrously-named “Patriot Act” was bound to lead up to a suspension of Constitutional protections by freely giving our government overlords in D.C. too damn much unchecked power.

About every 80 years this nation seems to face a major challenge to its survival. Strauss & Howe (1997) nailed this Fourth Turning prediction.

Granted my point wasn't about which agencies add names to the list it was more to the point of the Socialist/Marxist politicians weaponizing the process. Where have we seen this happen in America? Under the last administration of course. They follow Alinsky's, Rules for Radicals. Take for instance number 13, "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it." This would apply to labeling members of named gun rights org's such as the NRA being called "domestic terrorist". Collectively.

The NRA responds to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors :
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors declared NRA a ‘domestic terrorist organization.’ NRA's 5 Million Members are police officers, firefighters, nurses, teachers, construction workers, stay-at-home moms, business owners, and WE ARE ALL LAW-ABIDING AMERICANS.

Imagine running that ad on primetime broadcast TV?
Think ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX would take NRA money to run that ad?
