It would be more useful were it not on so many of the nutter websites. Not looking to MSM, but just some of the more stable, possibly .mil websites. From the bits and pieces I've seen, it is just a standing order clarifying authorities under NDAA. Too lazy to dig deeper. There's a lot of "stuff" going on behind the scenes and this could be posturing. The Mideast, especially: it appears we're abandoning the backing of the Kurds in Syria, opening the door to a Turkish incursion (or more) into Syria, setting off a lot of things, especially ordinance.

I think he may have exonerated the number a little. Just my opinion. But the fact remains. Marine's did volunteer for that assignment.

Most of those photos from either side are almost always bullshit or misconstrued.
