"SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA) — An undercover operation by the Sarasota Police Department and ATF resulted in the arrests of nearly 100 individuals for the illegal sale of guns and narcotics.
Police Chief Bernadette DiPino and members of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), United States Attorney’s Office, and the Florida State Attorney’s Office held a press conference Tuesday afternoon to announce the “extremely successful” results of the operation.
The operation was conducted by undercover officers buying firearms and narcotics from suspected dealers in areas that proved to be highest in drug and gun crimes.
..."
"The police department said every suspect identified in the operation has 10 or more previous felony convictions. The entire group has a combined 2,561 prior charges."
Ya know, maybe they shouldn't have let these folks out of jail to begin with...

Most if not all will get zero jail time.
What use are laws, that are not enforced?
So, lets pass more laws, so we can fail to enforce them.

They will spend little time in jail AGAIN only to be let out to commit another illegal gun sale/crime so the government can increase their numbers of "gun crimes" and how they are catching criminals! Chop off a hand and I bet they won't sell another one!

That's the entire plan by the LEFT WING SOCIALIST EXTREMISTS. Do not ENFORCE existing laws. That way they can push their ADGENDA.
If existing gun LAWS alone were enforced. Crime would drop like a rock. But then there'd be no reason then for newer more restrictive laws.
That in truth, no matter what any LEFT WING SOCIALIST EXTREMISTS JUDGE says.
ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES do not have a right to regulate the BILL OF RIGHTS. Other wise these treasonous ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES can and are trying to regulate our CONSTITUTION and BILL OF RIGHTS out of EXISTENCE.

What form of self-defense should be allowed to a convicted felon?
If felons retain U.S. citizenship, and the 2nd Amendment applies to U.S. citizens, isn’t it un-Constitutional to deny any citizen the right to keep and bear arms, specifically because there is no qualifying language contained in the 2nd Amendment?
If I were a convicted felon (I’m not, btw) I would ignore the attempts by my own government to disarm and leave me vulnerable to harm or violent death because the right of self-defense does not originate from the government—we are born with it.

Stick, knife, rock, hands/feet? The FBI says they work pretty good! When you commit and are convicted of a felony, you give up your right to a gun.....for ANY reason! You know the rules ahead of time!

What about black powder weapons? Aren't they considered "non-firearms". I know you can buy them online & have it shipped to your door just like pellet/BB guns but are they specifically prohibited to felons?
